72-Hour Flexible Policy
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will be subject to a 100% penalty of the total reservation amount.
Non-Refundable Policy
A penalty of 100% of the total amount of the reservation applies, in case of cancellation.

1. Pay Now
The 100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.
2. Pay at the Hotel
5% will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount will be charged 72 hours before the day of arrival.
Payment Information
- In case of no show or cancellationaccording to the policy, the credit cardprovided at the time of booking will be automatically charged or refunded, as applicable.
- Upon check-inguests are required to present photo ID and the credit card credit used for full payment or as a guarantee for the reservation.
- By making your reservation, you agree that thetransaction fees and associatedservice costs are non-refundable. This means that in the event of cancellation of your reservation, these costs will not be returned, as they correspond to the services processed at the time of confirmation.
